Baby Belly - 37 weeks, 3 days
I got ready this morning for my dr's appointment, and realized that most of my pictures have been taken on the weekend. I have so many cute outfits that just don't make the blog. I decided to use the timer and take one of myself.

Painted letters
What a process... I have to over complicate the simplest of things! The letters we got to spell his name out to hang on the nursery wall had 3 tiers. I had a vision of alternating blue-white-blue on the tiers...main part of the letter being blue, if that makes any sense. What the heck was I thinking. After days of trying to make them just right, I settled on white-blue-blue...so most of the letter is navy blue with white trim on the outside. They look great, but really... spray painting the whole letter blue would have saved me hours of my life. I can say with 100% certainty, this kid's name is not changing at this point. Too much time and effort on those letters!
Baby Blanket!
I'm so proud of my creation! I've made the occasional scarf...always one color. So a striped blanket was totally new to me. It's certainly not perfect, but I'm really happy with how it turned out. Hopefully he'll appreciate the Yankee pinstripes :)
